Concept and criteria development for the property are essential to best serve the purpose and need of a hotel, resort or day spa and the layout and circulation patterns must efficiently serve all program components. Development of a theme as it relates to both spiritual and physical planning is an important part of the process provided by the Saga Team.

Program components are developed to include appropriate service-therapy and program menu, fitness and beauty; and will in turn allow decisions to be made as to equipment specifications and technical information for all specialized hydrotherapy, beauty, fitness and therapy equipment. From concept to design development, Saga Fitness works closely with its own or project architects on floor plans, especially on details related to electrical, plumbing and other specific needs; the review of interior design so as to integrate, functionality, aesthetics, practicality as well as cost.

Helping you to enhance the spa experience for your guests, Saga Fitness presents Le Cameleon -- a multidimensional artwork with synchronized light and sound.

Le Cameleon can be tailored to reflect any theme, design, setting or size required. Utilizing a combination of media it draws from natural environmental sources, ancient architecture, distant lands, crashing oceans and many other themes, it is limited only by the imagination of the spa designers.

Our financial feasibility study will include the development of project costs, first year month by month and five year operating pro-forma; budget development, including construction FF&E budget, pre-opening and operations budgets, and the development of R.O.I. per room based on hotel spas; based on 55%, 65% and 80% hotel occupancy.



Marketing Program

The development of Spa marketing concepts are based upon the characteristics of the property, its location and target markets. This includes the development of Spa brochures, marketing communication, retail sales strategies and public relations.



Operations Planning

This includes:

  1. Planning of staffing guidelines and assistance in hiring start-up staff;
  2. Development of therapies and Signature Treatments;
  3. Product recommendations for maximum benefits for the guests as well as achieving best possible profits in treatment and retail revenues with quality French products lines for skin and body care.
  4. Three dimensional aromatherapy program for face, scalp and body for additional and broader service capability as well as additional revenues.
  5. Training in implementation of all guest service procedures;
  6. On-site training of all staff, with thorough reviews and final certifications for aestheticians, therapists, spa technicians and program advisors;
  7. Extensive training manuals with detailed treatment procedures and Standard Operating Procedures.
